This Beauty won a bronze medal in the Gourmet meat catagory in the latest Supreme Pie Awards. We slow cook the pork belly in apple and pear cider with fennel bulb, carrots and caramelised onions. It is then wrapped in our award winning pastry and topped with a piece of crackling. This is a real meal on its own.
