Parmesan and Cracked Pepper Ciabatta
Our Parmesan cheese and Cracked Pepper Ciabatta is made with our 18 Hour fermented Ciabatta to help develop the flavour and texture of this awesome loaf. Try toasting it as the parmesan aroma comes alive!
Our Ciabatta is made with a slow fermenation process and only contains - Flour, water, yeast and salt. It is then folded with shreaded parmesean cheese and freshly cracked pepper corns.
