Nada Bakery's own invention, the Soprano, is made from Ciabatta bread topped with our homemade tomato and garlic sauce. We then add fresh tomatoes and cheese or fresh mushroom and cheese, a sprinkle of parsley and bake. these are cut into 26 easy to eat pieces. When ordering platters we prefer at least 24 hours notice. If you have a shorter time frame please call your nearest store to let us organise something for you.
